Engaging with Students

In July The District Nurses were proud to host students from St Marys and Guilford Young Colleges on work placement.

The Students were able to spend time in a range of areas including:

• Community Nursing
• Community Support work
• Administration/reception
• Human Resources
• Finance
• Marketing & Communications

A couple of the students were able to attend a community engagement event held at the Glenorchy Golden Years Club where The District Nurses were offering health/wellbeing and falls prevention advice to the community.
